If we financially support an idea, we always look for a leverage: we make financial means from other sources available by strengthening self-financing. Datuma welcomes various financing models and is ready to adjust them to the possibilities of the respective project idea.
In addition to a direct participation, loans, bridging loans, or loan guarantees are possible as well. We are flexible as to interests, repayment schedules, and securities. And we are also quite ready to accept certain risks if we are truly convinced that the project is useful and feasible.
In particular in the case of social projects, and even more so in the case of third-world projects, we have always considered the idea and its social benefits to be more important than any profits conceivably to be expected. Although such projects are quite often fraught with high requirements as to own finances and substantial risks, too, Datuma may very well decide to dedicate its resources to it.
Datuma is able to help stabilize own resources with the help of suitable financing models and, thus, quite often contribute to its economic success. For, of course, a good idea may very well prove profitable as well. In this case, we want to suitably participate in the profits, too.
