Datuma is a joint-stock company directly managed by its board of directors in turn composed of people that are in charge of the assets with which Datuma AG works. We are neither obliged to the rules of a foundation nor do we have to account to shareholders, a commission, or any other body apart from ourselves.
We are thus able to absolutely freely, independently, and subjectively decide whether we want to support a project or not. Datuma is a small, manageable organization with a legally and economically competent management and has a professional administration at its disposal.
